After rapid growth in Washington State, Tribal Summit Group (TSG), an association focused on serving native tribes with an interest in building profitable convenience stores, felt they needed a marketing partner to help them take their image and presence to the next level.

In our exploration, we heard the organization's name was vague and confusing. We recommended a change. Goodbye, Tribal Summit Group. Hello, Tribal Convenience Store Association. We also created a new logo, tagline, brand anthem, and brand guide.
We created a video that weaves together the organization's amazing story of growth with the things prospective members care about. It fast became their most watched piece on social media and useful tool for live presentations.
We equipped the organization with the collateral pieces they needed to tell their story and project a consistent, professional image at their member meetings and trade shows.
Already well known among tribes in the Northwest, the organization wanted to grow its membership across the country. We collaborated with the board on a strategy to go national via social media, eblasts, and tradeshows that has helped attract member tribes from California, Montana, Wisconsin, and Oklahoma.
