When three of Tacoma and Gig Harbor's best orthodontists came together to create an orthodontic "super group", they turned to us to help them tell their story.
Joining forces can make business sense, but the marketing implications of merging two or more businesses can be overwhelming. It can also be a tough transition to walk your customers or patients through. We started this project with branding. Our research guided the doctors through the process of naming their new orthodontic group. We then created a new logo and print collateral that preserved as much of their brand momentum as possible while positioning them for future growth.
Then we started the complicated work of consolidating three old websites into one new, thoroughly modern, mobile-friendly website. Smart, Kokich & Quinn's website needed to do all of the things we expect of modern websites — look fresh, be easy to use, and easy to update — but it also had to send the right signals to search engines so that it would maintain it's high rankings while also sending messages to existing patients that this business change was for the best. What were our results? A smooth launch and immediate audience growth.
