As our relationship grew, they got much more — a full brand refresh plus marketing tools and support. Now we are helping them reach new generations of RV campers without alienating the members who helped build their business.

We upgraded KM's identity by simplifying the company name and creating a fresh, outdoor-inspired logo. We crafted a new brand promise around affordable and repeatable family adventures, then simplified it into a tagline: Retreat. Relax. Repeat.
We crafted a brand anthem, distilling the promise and culture of KM Resorts down into one powerful paragraph. With this as our guide, we created a video that celebrates the joy of RV camping. Then we produced a series of sales and resort videos.
Nothing improves sales and credibility like a clear message brought to life with compelling visuals and a consistent look and feel. We equipped KM Resort's sales team with custom print pieces and signage.

KM needed a smart, responsive website with e-commerce capabilities. But it needed to feel friendly and outdoorsy. We designed and developed a site that captures the charm of KM's outdoor-resort product while delivering modern bells and whistles.
