Current Role
Ella specializes in planning and managing complex creative projects. Her project management style was shaped by a background in journalism studies, where she developed an innovative perspective and intensive time management skills. She knows how to ask questions that get to the heart of client goals, and works closely with our designers and producers to bring ideas to life.
Work History
Her first foray into creative production and storytelling was documentary photography – she loves capturing authentic moments, both of her friends and family, and the community. Her photography and writing have appeared in PNW publications, including Salish Current, The Western Front, and Grit City Magazine.
