Korsmo is one of the biggest builders in Tacoma, and has single-handedly built and rebuilt most of the University of Washington Tacoma. They were in need of a solution to the best way to present their vast portfolio to potential clients in a way that would be easily accessible, compact, and beautiful. The solution was a custom-die-cut pocketed folder that houses an integrated, custom designed booklet. Accessible, compact and beautiful.
